The 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon shows complex uplifted black currant and chocolate aromas with toasty charry oak and a touch of spice.

palate

The rich chocolate and black currant berry flavours carry through to the palate. The excellent structure is beautifully balanced by supple tannins. The fifnish is long and satisfying. 

This wine has excellent cellaring potential for up to 6 years. It is a real treat to walk into the cellar and pick out a special bottle of wine for a special occasion.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with prime Porterhouse minute steaks on a porcini mushrooms and spinach risotto.
